Perhaps we should call "it" NiceTHING?

With all the ambiguity going on surrounding NiceMann, perhaps we should call him NiceTHING? I was convinced he was a guy from a post a while back, and then in a recent posts "he" states he's a woman. Then She says she played a joke and is in fact a "he". Are we looking at Boys Don't Cry here?
