OOHOOOH I have a Half.com question
I had ordered a DVD a month ago, and still hasn't came yet.. I have to wait to report it on the 25th.. my question,, has anyone delt with this?? missing DVD,, if so how are they with reimbursing you? __________________ why do you have to wait till the 25th? if they dont send it, dispute the charge with the cc company if you can't get reimbursed with half.com.__________________ Tuvi,When you try to report a problem with an order, half.com tells you to wait until a certain date to report it (about 5 weeks after the order date).
