Happend a few years ago. As for $25000 a year? It's at least that much. In Texas it's as much as $50,000 per inmate, depending on the custody level. I don't think we should do it like they do it in China, the bullet should be gratis. __________________ if i get locked up, i want it to be in canada because canadian prisons are like resorts according to some video they showed us in 8th grade. i still don't know why we had to watch it because all i learned from the stupid video is that i want to be arrested in Canada and not Mexico...
