alladvantage

anyone else have this problem? i had my money deleted by alladvantage in february due to simulated surfing. fair enough. i've accumulated about 15 minutes since then because it annoys me and it crashes. i just got another email saying that i had been cheating them again, and they were deleting my money again. i wrote them back explaining that if i had wanted to cheat, i would have done it for more than 15 minutes. no response. anyone gotten a check from them lately? __________________ I have been a member of All Advantage since they started. I got checks from them every month for about 10 months. Lately I haven't even been able to keep the bar on my computer...keeps crashing. I also found that they are not keeping accurate minutes of my bar usage. When I wrote to them they sent me a two page response on what to do to correct the problem....they used such computer talk even my husband could not understand it. I e-mailed them again to ask for a simpler response, I even sent them a copy of the error message, which they asked for. That was about 2 months ago..still no respose. I simply uninstalled them off my computer and told them to cancel my membership. I use many other cash bars and can't waste my time with a company who can't help out a long standing member. They do continue to send me daily e-mail about how I could win their sweepstakes....I say not worth the bother!! __________________ I hate AllAdvantage! They lie, they cheat, they do whatever it takes to not pay people. __________________ I haven't been using Alladvantage.com for half a year now! I am glad I haven't! The surfbar would crash on me also, that is one reason why I did not use it anymore, the time accumulated while surfing was not showing up in my account. I did not even bother with the email, it's not worth my time emailing them and waiting for a response; a response which I already know the answer to. Most likely a no-response or a response with general stuff, like this is how you should tweak your PC, or it should be a problem with your PC and compatible issues. I wasn't using any kind of surf program either. __________________ They are such retards. I get a message from them that I've cheated them about every two months. I stopped using their "service" back in March. The funny thing (the thing that makes them retards) is that when they reference my account number...IT"S THE WRONG NUMBER.
