Is it true that Virginia has the lowest car prices?

I live in Detroit and work in the automotive industry. We see more and more used car buyers coming in from Canada. They can mark them up quite a bit when they sell even when paying tariffs and taxes. No idea a about where is the cheapest, but I would go with somebody that has a warranty that covers bumper to bumper when buying used. It pays for itself. Read the small print. I can get anyone a Durango for about $5-$7G's less than you can in California, at least, don't know about other states. Mavi forum
