Alladvantage....Apologizes (?)

I had just about written these guys off, since they kept sending me emails about my account, with the wrong account number. They managed to save the last bit of respect I had left for them with this:



Subject: Our error and apology

Dear Christopher,

You recently received an email from AllAdvantage
indicating that you were in violation of our policies
and your available balance would be voided. Regretfully,
we sent you this email in error. There is a project
underway to restore any balance we may have removed from
your account. We expect to have your account balance
restored before this coming Friday.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have
caused you.

yeah, they sent me that apology e-mail too, but i'm totally lost because...i haven't used AllAdvantage in months! Oh well.
