Toshiba Class Action Lawsuit . . . HELP PLEASE!

I need HELPPPP! I just found out about the class action settlement with Toshiba over internal floppy drives in their laptops! Anywho - I was eligible for it, but never knew about it . . . I was never contacted - so I missed out on like $650 worth of settlement! (I needed to send in a claim form by June 12, 2000) I've contacted counsel to see if I can get in on a late claim - but I seriously doubt that just not knowing about it will be enough to get me paid! WHAT SHOULD I SAY? Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance! __________________ Yeah, I think that you are too late. I only got a $100 GC from Toshiba to use from a Toshiba catalog. I think that there were so many people who tried to get something back, it got all messed up. I tried calling a few numbers, but nothing. Or did you just hear about it through some sort of public disclosure ie. newspaper? __________________ Some law firm mailed me the proper forms. I did not even ask for it.
