Another poll: IE vs Netscape?

How many of u use IE , and how many of u use Netscape Apparently my site doesn't work with u patheric netscape users. j/k __________________ IE is good, but The Opera is my favorite since you can minimize all the browser windows inside the app so my taskbar is not full. Quit using Nutscrape and switch to IE and then try accessing the page. (pronounced "IE") ProMinx __________________ I have to admit... the last time I tried Opera, it still had some major flaws. But I just downloaded the latest version and gave it another shot. I must say, I am in love!! I downloaded the Flash 5 Player Plug-in (which was one of the problems i had before), and Flash pages load without a flaw!! Wowzers!! __________________ IE 5.0. The only thing I like about netscape is that it recognizes url's when I type in the first few letters and fills out the rest of the box. Internet Explorer has this same feature. __________________ I was hardcore Netscape until it started it started crashing left and right on me. Oddly, the MS stuff works better and faster on my machine. Netscape doesn't seem to cache a lot of the pages properly. Really, I always hated IE until recently... I feel bad about ditching Netscape for IE, but Netscape seems too buggy now __________________ Netscape is such crap. I just pulled it up and tried to go to http://www.gotapex.com and got prompted about 30 times to allow cookies to be set for different servers. Probably a setting that needs to be adjusted but I dont have time for that crap. IE all the way. __________________ MS entered the browser war 5 years ago and has be victorious for quite some time. I remember when I was loyal to Netscape because it was non MS, then as 4.0-4.75 rolled around I switched. MS IE 5.032 w/ 128 bit encryption is perfect loads quick saves a pwd or two and doesn't always ask you if it is ok to go to and encrypted site even after you tell it to stop... I have to give MS a hand. __________________ well i'm glad that IE is being used instead of Netsh*t so i'm chaning the page for u pathetic ppl using netscape...opps...i mean Netsh*t. __________________ it loads faster because it's integrated into the OS, so when Windows boots up, IE is already partially working. You notice that when IE crashes. It just crashes Explorer and all the programs in the system tray. ......i think Oh yea, isn't Netscape 6.0 suppose to be a match for IE? I heard they took out all that unnecessary stuff in communicator and it's like only a few MB now. And it loads faster, like IE, with few or none crashes. Nope I don't notice that at all JIWC. I'm using win2000. Whenever IE crashes I just close IE and then fire it up again. I'm waiting for Netscape 6.0 to go final before trying it out. Mavi forum
