This is NOT a deal. Next time this should be asked in Off-Topic.
But since it is here, I have always been charged a cash advance fee but if you are dealing with Casino-On-Net they are good at creditiing your account with the fee amount if you fax them a request to do so showing that the charge was on there. I have gone in immediately and cashed out the fee and got a check in a few weeks with no problem. I dont have the fax number but if you do a search in this forum you should be able to find it.

I use my Visa Nextcard and they don't charge any fees.

When it comes to cash advance fees...it depends on what bank your card is through. For example my Visa through Wells Fargo usually charges fees for online casinos, but my Visa through Nextcard and my local bank does not. So of course I use one of them. Ya I know I have too many Visas. I also have a couple of other cards.

Use a visa debit card; they obviously can't charge you a cash advance fee on your own money. of course, it can tie up your funds for two weeks or so.

I wouldn't use a debit card. That adds more risk. If there is a glitch you lose your own real money.

they give you a free 20 bucks when you sign up...so you sign up and put 20 bucks in your account and then have 40...then you take the 20 bucks you put in and credit it back to your credit card...and you have 20 free bucks to play with...try it ...

i won 400 bucks from them last winter.
