A Letter to Rhinoscam

I thought this was quite funny. I went to the Rhinopoint web site and saw this quote:
"I just got reimbursed for my first survey... rhinoPoint rocks!!!"
Steve - Charlotte NC

Sounds to me like they paid for a quote from this guy since no one else seems to of been paid.

My letter to Rhinoscam follows:

In view of the fact that I have already completed two Rhinopoint surveys, one of which was completed many weeks ago, I believe you owe me some reasonable explanation as to why I have not received any payments from Rhinopoint. Your organization was very quick to debit my credit card for the $12.95 set up fee, but is quite laggard in fulfilling your promise to pay. I would greatly appreciate your response in the form of an action plan to correct this situation.

I have already received your two prior e-mail communications that explained your logistical, administrative problems with payments and, taking then at face value and being a fair-minded person, I trusted that you would solve your problems and deliver on your promise to pay. Nevertheless, enough time has passed for you to have dealt with your own personal issues. You have had my faith and understanding about your issues, but now it is your turn to prove that my faith was not misplaced. I respectfully request that you take immediate action to fulfill your obligation to pay me as per our legal agreement.

I am sure that you are manifestly aware of the negative press your are currently receiving on some of the Web's most respected forums. Some of the communications thereon indicate that many of your unhappy customers are already in the process of contacting various consumer protection groups as well as the Federal Trade Commission. Is this really the kind of advertising that you wish to have for Rhinopoint? The Web may be worldwide, but it is a surprisingly close knit community. Very little transpires that is not, with lightning speed, communicated and made available for all to see.
Rhinopoint still has time to do the right thing and salvage its reputation and therefor its business, but the clock is ticking.

Yours truly,

just my take on it.

I have already done so. I believe I was the first to suggest doing this under the topic, "Rhinopoint--The Latest Flim-Flam Tactic", a few days ago. The obvious next move will be class action. I HATE sleazy corporations who prey on their customers via fraudulent advertising.

Rhinopoint will pay or they will die!!!
