I just got the Dido CD "No Angel" this last week and can't stop listening to it. Yeah yeah, so it's a chick CD and all, but she has talent, and she is cute as hell! The girl has a voice that kills! Sarah McLachlan, Sarah Brightman (from Phantom of Opera et al), and Dido probably have the best voices I've heard in a while, although I like Shirley from Garbage. Dunno if it's the lyrics or the voice, but her songs rock.
