There are so many sites out there just to look at and waiste time with. I think my idea will fit right in there, filling no real purpose.
The idea is simple. Long ago I ran into what has to be the most bizarre, freak, of a billigerant neighbor in the world. He has routinely harassed me and everyone around us on this street.
I don't throw the word bizarre around lightly here, it would amaze you the levels he operates on.
On the proposed website, I want to chronicle this man's tirades. And film, or photo some of his exploits and projected hositities on the world. I would of course omit his name and face from the site.
In a underhanded sort of way, I think to it could act as a testament against him if he does infact kill me as stated. lol = )
It'll be midly entertaining I think. I would also propose a forum of sorts where others can vent.
I'm just asking this estemed forum your thoughts. And more importantly who can host this site if I secure the name I want? Do I paysome directly and they design it, or how does that work.

Yeah, these pages don't edit people's faces, and look how funny they are!! You could get some inspiration at either site!!haha
