What's the best visa to get?

Anybody have any suggestions for the best Visa card to get? I'm looking for something without an annual fee, a low apr, and possibly some perks. I love my Blue and my Shell Mastercard, but I need a good Visa because I'm leaving for Japan and most places in Japan don't take Mastercard or Amex. Right now the Amazon Visa looks the best.
