They simply appeared with six armed batf agents and took the entire lot. This is government tyranny in action. That brings up the total to over $400,000 worth of parts, kits and inventory that has been illegally confiscated. We have not gone to court, the court HAS NOT RENDERED A JUDGEMENT YET, the hearing that took place merely said that I as an individual could not be involved in gun manufacturing UNTIL the court proceedings we’re finished. The court date is set for December 5th. What activity that was conducted by Extreme Firearms Inc. was perfectly legal. I had no contact with finished firearms whatsoever. I even stayed away from the whole thing. You know, the batf has worked very hard to find something to get me with, and they haven't had any luck. So they intimidated Bill Richardson into believing that his part in manufacturing the Maadi-Griffin kits and rifles was 'benefiting' Bob Stewart, and "he is a criminal" said the agents, and "you are aiding and abetting a criminal.." they said, and ..."that is a felony.." the agents said, and "we can send you and your family to prison.." the agents said. Well, that was it! The Richardson family business of machine shop operation was 'threatened and intimidated by the BATF" bullies. The matter at hand has NOT EVEN BEEN TO COURT YET, and the batf is acting as though they have the authority, and the judgment, and the executive order to act. That is pure crap! The NRA and GOA are well aware of this situation, due to the many friends [over 250 have called and asked why] who are members and have contacted NRA and GOA officials. These organizations have done nothing. Larry Pratt of the GOA has been given over 26 pages of facts concerning the case, many phone calls, and still no help. Nothing at all. Stephen, if you saw an unconscious victim being assaulted by thugs, and you called the cops, and they came and stood there and did nothing, what would you think of the cops? Well, that is what I think of these cowardly, deceptive, fraudulent organization that take your donations and membership fees in the name of preserving our constitutional rights, the Second amendment rights and so on. What have they done about the 20,000+ anti gun laws presently in force? [the same thing they're doing about U.S. vs stewart, nothing] They may be thinking that 'it will all go away if we wait long enough'. The Batf had no right to take our assets, we no longer have the financial means To afford adequate legal counsel, and that is exactly what the batf wants. We have customers who have been cheated out of their orders. We cannot Fill those orders, we now have to refund the money, and we are broke! Does The NRA and GOA give a damn? What if this happened to one of their family members? I am a life member of the NRA and I am truly ashamed of them. They tell people that I know how to apply for help, I did four months ago. They told me that their meeting would be in the fall. Well, at the time, the court date was for early August, and the court would be long over with by the time they met. I needed help immediately, and they ignored me. Well, the case at hand is very important to all free Americans, the very Second Amendment, and our Constitutional Rights are at stake here. We are going to fight the batf by ourselves along with the help of many free Americans, without the help of GOA and NRA. It is too bad they will not help, but then, after this is over, maybe the real truth will come out as to their true intentions.
