I know the Answer!!!

to Flood Control.... Many have complained about flood control and many have replied that you don't need to post that much but know i know the rebuttal to that. It is because in our *busy* lives we only allicate a certain about of time to post replies and the time b/t reading posting to different topics maybe very small. But afterwards there will be a long time of non-posting. That is why flood control is annoying to most of us who respond to many posts at once.
