X-Men - not gonna be good, but everyone's still gonna go anyways!

I honestly don't expect much from this flick, but as a service to my adolescent years, I am obligated to go. The one I'm really waiting for is Coyote Ugly. Whoo-ee, August 4, counting the days now! The movie itself will probably be horrendous...and I'm okay with it! __________________ Of course x-men is going to suck thats how all of the summer action flicks are. I really didn't like it. However, for pure visual spectacle, it wasn't bad, when compared against the mindless M:I 2 et al. But how many times do I have to see Mark Wahlberg and George Clooney get hit by a wave? Plus, the story was boring-est. You know a movie was good when you don't even notice that your bum is sore. I was painfully aware about 15 minutes in, and stayed that way throughout. __________________ For some reason I'm interested in Scary Movie... heh __________________ scary movie is the funniest movie i have ever seen!! it was disgusting, but absolutely a riot!! i was crying because i was laughing so hard!! __________________ Really?! I took one look at that preview and just wrote that one off. HOWEVER, I might be inclined to go, for the express purpose of seeing Shannon Elizabeth. *droooooooool* __________________ i thought Scary Movie was kinda lame... All the good stuff was mostly seen in the preview.. I predicted that based on my movie-advertising model (the more a movie is advertised , the more it sucks), I thought Xmen was going to blow chunks, but now I'm confused... but I don't want to be elbow to elbow in a crowded movie theather either...so I'll wait a bit... __________________ opening day usually not bad unless it is weekends like mi2 and some others wehre ok since came out in middle of week __________________ I'm with you, gear. Anyway, I'm currently working at a movie theater (until i can get another job, which I so dearly wish to do) and i'm going to watch x-men thursday night. I'll tell you guys how it is.
