what's the dilleo with napster?

someone correct me if i'm totally screwed in the head and misunderstood this whole thing, but wasn't napster supposed to go down yesterday? i was cleaning up my drive and getting ready to delete it, then thought wtf, let's see if i can connect and i still can. __________________ weren't they able to appeal? At any rate, I have no use for it. __________________ it still got deleted, no need for it when there's audiogalaxy. i just thought that the ultimatum was for last night. but maybe you're right with their appeals and all. __________________ i heard they get a stay from the judge.i dunno __________________ The injunction that judge #1 ordered was supposed to take effect midnight on Friday, but Napster went for an emergency appeal which, shockingly enough, resulted in them being granted a stay by judges #2 and #3 - the only reason that they got it is because judge #1 (a real b!tch by most reports) ignored some legal precedents.
